A team of specialists at the service of growers and all sectors of the ornamental horticulture industry.

Services offered by IQDHO can be divided into 4 main categories:

	1   Consulting services (technical, management, research and development, garden center and agroenvironment)
	2   Technical activities (symposiums, courses, study tours)
	3   Collection and the diffusion of information via the Knowledge Management Center and
	4   Specific mandates and projects of development for the industry

IQDHO contributes to the development of the sector of ornamental horticulture. The fields of expertise are:

• Culture of ornamental plants in greenhouses (annuals, potted flowering plants, house plants, cut flowers, hanging baskets, perennials, etc.)
• Culture of ornamental plants in nurseries (container and field production of woody plants and perennials);
• Sod production;
• Maintenance and sales in garden centers; as well as
• Any technical matter on ornamental plants in the municipal, institutional and provincial area.
